CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A $20 non refundable deposit is required for new, and regular clients. This will secure your spot for that day/time booked. This payment will go towards your balance! CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: A 72 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment to receive full deposit back. If last minute cancellation or no show. Deposit will be lost and will not be refunded GRACE PERIOD: PLEASE let me know if you are running late. I allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late.
